Note: Machine does not come pre-stocked with hair, but we’ve got you covered with exclusive wholesale options once you’re set up. Machine will require $29/ month subscription for inventory management which will start upon delivery.
Each machine is built and prepared after order confirmation. Once your order has completed the fulfillment and production phase, please allow 7–9 weeks for shipping and delivery. You will receive tracking information once your machine has shipped.

How does the vending machine work?
Each machine is pre-programmed with smart retail software. Stylists can easily stock products, track sales, and manage restocks right from their phone or laptop. Once set up, it runs automatically, no staff required.
How much space does it take up?
Our vending machines are compact and designed to fit seamlessly into your salon, studio, or boutique. All you need is one standard outlet, no special installation required.
Does the machine come stocked with hair?
No, each machine arrives empty so you can customize it for your brand. However, we offer opportunities to purchase premium wefts or even launch your own hair line through our signature program.
What kind of support is included?
We provide full setup guidance, software training, and ongoing support for restocking and troubleshooting. You’ll never be left figuring it out alone.
Are there any additional costs?
Upon delivery you will be added to a monthly subscription of $29 for inventory management.
When will I receive the machine?
Our Mane Glam branded machine will be sent to you in 4-6 weeks. If you place an order for a custom branded machine it will be 8-9 weeks.

Can I choose my own colors or lengths?
Yes! You can create fully custom colors for your hair line to match your brand’s aesthetic.
Please note that custom color orders come with higher minimum quantities, since each shade is made exclusively for you.
If you’re interested, mention this during your onboarding call and we’ll walk you through the custom color process and minimums.
What’s included in each package?
All packages include premium 22” wefts in 10 curated shades, your custom packaging suite, and ongoing access to reorders at wholesale pricing.
Do I need to have salon experience to qualify?
Yes, the program is designed for licensed stylists or salon owners who currently offer or plan to offer hair extensions.
How long does it take to launch?
Most stylists receive their opening order and packaging within 4–6 weeks of approval, depending on order size and customization.
